When should I sub for the DLC?

Only level 15. If I want to sub for the dlc and the crowns, at what point in the game should I sub for access to the zones and quests?

Well the new DLC "Thieves Guild" comes out March 7th for PC & MAC, March 22nd for Xbox One, & March 23rd for PS4. I would recommend soon, so you can get access to the two current DLC's, 1500 Crowns, and the 10% increases on Inspiration, Experience, Gold Income, and the amount of time it takes to research items traits. When Thieves Guild officially releases on the platform you sub/play on you will get access to it at no extra cost. Like most updates it should be available to download after the maintenance for the server you play on is finished. I was thinking in terms of not subbing before I can actually use the content haha! You think the 10% experience is worth the money for someone who's just leveling for the first time? I don't want to outlevel zones!

The first two DLC's Orsinium & Imperial City are actually already out and Orsinium would be a great DLC to do before you try Thieves Guild. Essentially after you are subscribed you should get almost immediate access to Orsinium. Imperial City you should get access to once you venture into Cyrodill, as it's the big city located in the center of Cyrodill. The 1500 Crowns that come with the subscription are $14.99 by themselves, so it's like paying for monthly Crowns and then getting all future and current DLC plus the 10% increases for free, as long as you keep the subscription going you will have full access.

Personally Id wait to go to the new zones until after you hit at least lvl 50. Go out explore the game play around then when you get serious you can buy the dlc. That or just pay the $15 a mo. I find it cheaper to just buy the DLC as it comes out.
