Can't enter game (2016/3/5 AM8:54 EST)

I can see my characters, but I can't enter game.
It always reported 'Requesting character load...' then back to the login screen.
Please help!

I can enter the game now.

Happened again...Can't login game.
If I login game, game is disconnected immediately.
Error code : 108, 200

Almost 3 hours passed. The ping value is 2xx to 11xxx. Can't play as usual.
