Help, i can't play beyond 12am

I've bought the game a month ago, and every day that i played it, all would be good in the morning, smooth playing on ultra graphics, and then, sometimes after 12.00 am the games just logs me out to login screen. It can be 12.00 as it can be 12.20.(Rome time zone)
I have no idea about at what hour the game becomes playable again, only that it works from at least 8.00 am.
I've hopened tickets with tech support, but they don't respond beyond the second email and i even get a Zenimax online customer service survey that seems to exist just to mock me.
I've repaired the game a few times, flushed the DNS, forwarded the ports, allowed through firewall.
I go to university and can't play only at morning, please help me
