Khajiit vs Bosmer

I am building a StamBlade utilizing the new Marksman Crest set, and wondering if a Khajiit or Bosmer would be better. The build utilizes bow moves while using Ambush and SA for emergency 1vXs. I heard that Carnage from Khajiit was bugged, but might be getting fixed? So I'm lost on which race to go. I know Redguard is good for stamina, but he's on my DK lol. Pretty much its stealth and gank, and use close quarters to finish the job. It would be 5 piece Marksman, 4 piece Morkuldin, 3 piece Agility.
So which is better? Cat or elf?

- Bosmer have better stamina regeneration and 3% more max stamina.
- Khajiit have a higher critical chance (if it is fixed).
For your intended build I think Bosmer makes more sense. And if it matters to you, Bosmer are the "best archers in Tamriel" (lore wise).0 -
Ampnode✭✭✭✭Gankers lack sustain. Your best bet would be to go Bosmer since its 21% stam regen passive is ridiculously beneficial.PC NA - CP640+

But seriously, Bosmer if purely for pvp, the stam regen like Ampnode said is really nice.
Khajiits, well the Carnage passive will be fixed for TG dlc, however i'm pretty sure crit builds are nullified in pvp as most players tend to wear some/a lot of impen.
