Some of the bullet points are confusing.
1:08 looks like his soul harvest missed due to your dodge roll or evasion buff, but his surprise attack cancel hit after you dodged. If his soul harvest would also have hit, you would have lost a lot more HP or maybe even lost the fight right there.
You had CC immunity from stealth surprise attack, his invasion didn't CC you. You just were under the effect of the gap closer root that everyone hates.
Ninja San is very OP, ping rate don't keep the man down.

@Wreuntzylla He is running 5 Willow's Path, 4 Morkuldin and Agility jewelry(?) with drinks. This gives him really high regens for both stamina and magicka.
This works well for Stam NB because he can use Soul Harvest/Incapacitating Strikes to boost his damage 20% to give him burst, despite having lower max stam/weapon damage than some builds. Plus he can cloak a lot more than typical stamina NBs.
In this video, I'm also running Willow's Path, but I'm in 5 Heavy, 1 M, 1Lt with Bloodspawn. I think I had about 2k stam regen but my damage is pretty low which is why it is hard for me to pressure him.

You seemed out of stamina entirely too much, and Ninja-San's CCs would have eventually worn you out and goobai.
