999+ ping since update yesterday

The game is unplayable right now, with a near constant ping of 999+
Before the update yesterday I had no problems.

I have a 50/50 mbit connection, with no problems in other games

    Me too. I am on fiber optics connection (100/100) and have 999+ latency. All other games work great but not ESO :(

    Yes, indeed. And this is causing so much stress I jumped in conclusions, accusing my ISP for limiting my internet. However, it turned out it's not my internet issue because my Team Speak works perfectly fine without voice distortion even at the exactly moment I get 999 ping. At first I thought Zos would be discriminating people outside USA and so far I see no official communication. I hope you guys don't expect several reports about it, because either people are jumping back to PvE, leaving this game, or they're just lazy to write posts. And I got the same issue above 1 week ago and it still persist specially between 9 p.m. till 2 a.m.(GMT-3). Thank you for your attention.

    I get kicked with no error after gettin 999+ ping. Send a mail to support, but daym amazing those crap replyes you get there.

    I got my internet company to monitor my connection. Wrote down the time when i played this game. There was nothing unusual. Already regret i have payed 1 month sub. They dont deserve it.

    You can only wonder what this game could have been if they did care.

    I need TP for my ***!

    Many issues are resolved already, but not this one.

    Same issue for me. Kicked multiple times a day and just horrible lag. I live in Texas and I know that is where the game server is. No problems with other games. just this one.

    PC/NA is broken with massive lag for everyone in my guild.. support ticket? really... LOG ON YOUR OWN GAME AND SEE...

    I cannot log into several of my characters - just sits and spins. The above ZOS response annoys me greatly. As was suggested - log into your own game and see what you see.

    Since so many of your customers are reporting problems, one should not respond with a standardized BS 'submit a ticket' post. Geez.

    I been having this same trouble and the maintenance did nothing to help. I've been playing on this pc without issues till just recently.

    Sending in a ticket for them to tell me it's on my end would only make me feel worse, I really been enjoying the game and would like to continue but something server-side is obviously off not only for me but others as well.

    The last couple nights I stayed up till 2 am and had very little trouble with the +999 ping spikes with the less populated time on the NA server .. pacific time.

    While neither a potato or a space ship, my PC does not have this trouble in other graphic intensive mmo's I play and had none in ESO till the last week or so.

    Same issue here. Every zone is fine with the exception of EP Davon's Watch Stonefalls for me. 999 ping in Davon's Watch on PC/NA.
