Can't create a support ticket?

I can log into the game fine. I can log into the Account page on the web. But when I go to Support and click "Additional Support Options" on the right, it prompts me to log in again, even if I choose this after having logged into my account. Whether I put my user ID and password or my email address and password, it comes back with "Authentication Error
UserID and/or password was incorrect.
Forgot your UserID?
Forgot your password?"

    Does anyone know how to create a support ticket outside of the game? It isn't my account credentials--I can log into the account site and the game itself.

    Thanks for letting us know you're experiencing this issue.
    We've had intermittent issues with this that we're currently investigating. It doesn't seem to happen frequently, but with certain players at times. For now, please try refreshing your Support page to make sure you aren't logged in (despite the odd error). You should be able to see your name in place of the LogIn|SignUp option on the side of the screen.

    As a workaround:
    If this doesn't work you have two options to put in a support ticket, you can either put one in at Help.Bethesda.net (There isn't an ESO option in the TES section but you can put a fore-note that it's meant for ESO) Otherwise, use the "Can't Login" option under your login for Additional Support and choose "Suspended/Compromised". Be sure to mention that you are having a general login issue before stating our issue.

    Exactly the same with me. I've been unable to log into the game for 2 hours now. Most of the time I get an Error 200, sometimes I get a "Requesting Login" and on a rare occasion I make it to the character screen. From there it's always been "Login failed". Account settings are still in order, but I cannot create a support ticket, since there my account settings do not work or are not recognized. Thus, I filed a ticket under "compromised" as mentioned above.
