Help my templar is broken.

It has no regen passives like the other classes and it has no mobility why? Is my toon broken amd i didnt get the passives or did a mmo company make a underperforming class??

The answer, (which I found to work really well) was to realize that after all this this time nothing was going to be done to help the class. So I shelved my Templar and play casually another class, (and also mixing this game with another).
Those frustrations have gone and now enjoying the game better, but they will have to do something with the Templar before I'm convinced to spend money on the game again - hey it's their choice on any timescale, Until then I'll have a bit of questing on my newer character, but realize if nothing happens that my other game will probably come to dominate my time.
I'm a bit disappointed that I had to give up on my Templar, as there's always an attachment with your original launch class. But it's a heck of a lot better than banging your head against a wall, or ineffective developer requests - as it's pretty obvious after all this time that they are not listening.
TL:DR - forget your Temp, pick another class, have fun.1
