High Ping and booted to login

For the last 3 days or so I'm getting a ping of 170+ with lag spikes in the 500+ in PVE land when I'm normally sitting around the 60/70 mark and every 5 mins or when I'm in a fight I'm getting booted to login screen with no error.
PvP is even worse as I'm running around with my normal ping of 70/80 then its a constant lag spike of 5000+ and everyone freezes and I teleport all over the place.
I've ran tests to see if anything is downloading or anything is going on in the background but I can see nothing that's changed then what was going on before and everything ran fine. I've updated all my drivers in the hope it might have fixed it but its done nothing still the same problems as above.
