I have thought about this for a long time, and over the weekend I laughingly spoke with some guildies about the people that say they will quit if (insert reasoning) happens. To all of those that claim you will quit this game for whatever reason, I am here for you. I too have shared concerns about the direction this game is going sometimes. I have invested a lot of money and time into this game and I want the game to be everything I know it could be. So, after talking about this with multiple people over some time period, I have come up with a solution. If you are going to quit and give up on this game, send me your supplies and gold. Think of it like a free vampire or werewolf bite. I need it, and you have it. I think you will feel better about supporting those of us that are sticking around and continuing to fight the good fight of ESO. I know it might seem completely selfless of me to take your junk and gold, and then take the time to itemize and deconstruct what would not benefit my guild or friends, but I too will benefit from your service. I will know that I helped you help me to enjoy this game a little more.

So, if you are truly going to quit this game because of some reason that things are not the way you desire them to be, then send me your supplies on Playstation. I am sure for anyone on XBox or PC that there is someone out there that would help you out too if you desire to clean up your character and leave this game as you found it without any characters or items. ZOS would appreciate the free space too by you cleaning up your account. Do not leave the game in anger knowing that others out there are still enjoying it. Leave with the knowledge that you helped shape someone else's game for the better by sending me your supplies as you leave this game and go on to different games with the same problems (usually).

I have several hundred thousand gold, mats, you name it on my WoW account when I quit at the time. Right after Cataclysm launched.

Just sitting there, rotting away in virtual wasteland.

Same will be had of my ESO account when I'm done. Crowns will just decay into micobits along with my gold and mats.

To those out there thinking this is a serious cry for stuff, it is not. Would I take it if mailed to me, I certainly would, but this was created because of a conversation about how so many people keep saying they will quit for this reason or that reason. If you are going to quit, then quit, but you do not have to tell everyone about it. If you have opinions about the game then share those and not your threats of leaving a game that you apparently dislike.

So in conclusion, if sending me multiple mails is going to take you too long to empty out your character, then just send the gold. I will do my best with just that.

The really need to implement a "make it rain" function so that if/when I quit this game in a bout of RNG induced rage, I can throw a few million coins on the streets of Deshaan in one last blaze of glory.

ZOS's idea of a gold sink= Infuriate its core player base to the point they quit. Bam, 20 million gold sunk right out of the game.

Not sure if serious? If many different people send you masses of supplies for FREE then ZOS assumes you are buying them with real world money… Not a difficult concept. Seen many bans like this so be prepared.
