Seriously Why do we still have the eternal load screen after signing in?

You would think after how long this game has been out that this would be fixed. Every time I load the game it takes like 3 or 4 tries to successfully load into the game. If normally if it does not load after 5 minutes I kill the process and try again. Why is this still happening? I dont even give it time to time out like the way it used to.

I think this only happens with PC from what I've been reading in the forums. You are difinitely not alone in this
