I logged out of the game yesterday morning, and when I attempted to log back in that afternoon I kept getting this message:
"Login Error: Your login information was incorrect. Please try again."
I've confirmed my password is correct. Changed my password anyhow. Then submitted a ticket (160220-002325). Unfortunately, I'm unable to access my account support history page to even see the ticket. Following someone's suggestion from a similar situation, I created a second account and posted another ticket (160221-000346) referencing my original one.
Would a moderator kindly please confirm that someone in support has received my tickets?
Does anyone who's been through a similar situation have any advice on what solution they were able to find?

I had and I have the same issue.
I presume it's not related to 2.3.5 patch and EU servers, I had this problem also during PTS and before.
I just rely on in game tickets.
After all the patch issues, could you please check this problem?
