Need to change account's default country from US to AUS

I moved to Australia from the US about a year ago and returned to the game recently. I was disappointed to find there was no easy way to change my country on the account and had to submit a ticket to get it changed for me about four days ago ( 160218-001041 ).The sooner this can be done, the sooner I can use my AUS money to purchase the DLC and other items from the crown store. I keep reading stories about unresolved tickets and worry that it may be weeks before I even get some sort of reply. Can someone please take a look at this soon?
