Why you dont use bombard to stuck him that the has to waste Stamina?
Second if you run bowbar main run on the other twohand... for executioner, you could also run S/B-Bar and maindmg the enemy with heroic slash,puncture and animationcanceling.
If you are stamina sorc you have to use a buffbar )

But using wb is good against bad players but if you have to fight good people try it pls

He does use Bombard. But it is countered by people using Shuffle or Purifying Ritual, which this stamplar has both. The main thing is WB gives a stun+excellent damage, while the only high damage skill for Bow is Snipe which is easier to dodge and doesn't have an inherent CC.

Also the Stamplar can use Purifying Ritual to cleanse the Snipe mid-air, but that is changing next patch.
