Will VR15/16 crafting materials be easier to find and cost less with TG DLC?

    Judging from the fact that I've been selling 200 ancestors silk for 50k, people must think it will become harder to find.

    People also think that golden improvement materials will become much rarer also.

    But jut remember, they are introducing new crafting materials.

    So basically, even tho vet levels will be removed at some point.. They're only really being renamed. They will always release new crating materials, new gear and new 'requirements'.

    So personally, in liking the money I'm making. But personally I think that rubedite and its related clothing and woodworking counterpart, will be somewhat obsolete for end game players.

    They're only releasing new styles, not crafting components.

    The prices going up are from people buying up all the legendary tempers so they can resell them at an excellent premium when TG hits.

    On PTS, all the nodes in Hew's Bane are V15-16.
    It is a small zone tho and everyone will be farming them.

    I don't understand why they would be scarce...however small the TG area is, it is still adding land to look for the mats in, I don't understand how that would negiticely affect the amount of available resources.

    A lot of players (including myself) are getting ready to change gear when TG releases ... for a variety of reasons (testing so far in PTS, new crafted sets in TG, or simply a change in "flavor of the month" build).

    That is contributing to the increase in demand. However, as the poster above said, that does not contribute to the amount of available resources. End game outlets for crafting (including Imperial City and Wrothgar) will still be there.

    Most likely anything Light armor mats related will be going up as the demand will go up with the magic CP line changes, so dreugh wax will be in a "higher" demand then what it has been. Hence the increase in prices already. plus gear style changes as othes have already posted.

    But who knows for sure.... time will time as always. When somethings continually sells quick it means its priced too low. :p

    I already bought 4 million worth and have it stored, or did I? mahahahaha

    wowsa ive been selling stacks in 36k increments on the console. I found it suiting 160 gold per material 160 cp needed for it ;)

    They are all ruby mats in Wrothgar, too.

    I still haven't seen a confirmation/denial that they are eliminating the mixed-node spawns, but I sure hope so.
