What if you one day logged into ESO, and found that healing debuffs now affects damage shields? So let's say if you had a damage shield of normally 10k strength, if you get hit by a Major Defile which cuts healing by 30%, you'll now only have a 7k strength shield.
Then you saw everyone wearing this set
The set comes on Jewlery, Weapons and Armour.
I'm sure for all of you out there reliant on Damage Shields, this would be your expression.
Your nightmare is every non-shield user's reality. This is what they will be facing once Thieves' Guild hits. It procs on every DoT, stackable with Major and Minor Defile for a 100% healing cut when combined with points into Befoul with no cooldown. Let's make a change to the set before this travesty makes it to live and causes every single player who knows what he/she is doing to wear this. Because it doesn't matter if you are doing 20% less damage if your opponent cannot heal at all.

This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.

✭First of all, don't we have a rule about signatures or something? The op signature is too damn high.
