Hi how do you get the dwaverne sphere that heals u when your at low health

That's from the engine guardian set, it has a chance when using any skills to give you 1 of 3 things, Health - Stamina - Magika regen. And quite of bit of it too. Last few a few seconds but it is killable I believe, or atleast stunable.

The helm drops from the last boss of Darkshade Cavern, and the shoulder piece you get from doing the daily pledges and opening up the chest. Hope this helps.

It's called the Engine Guardian Set, and it actually has a chance to summon on any spell cast.

You need to run daily Undaunted Pledges to get the shoulders.

You need to run Veteran Darkshade Caverns for the helmet.

It's good for PVP sustain and for Maelstrom Arena.

When running veteran mode. What rank do you recommend i play it as and how many CP

Im currently VR 8 and 111CP

I would recommend max rank (v16). You shouldn't need too many CP. But you want to be able to clear the dungeon quickly. You can make it through on this one with 3 DPS and 1 healer.
