Templar heals and resto staff Passives.

Can't find any recent up to date info but basically. I want to know does the passive in the resto tree that increases healing for people under 30% work with Templar heals while using resto staff??

The latest info I seen was from last August where apparently in 1.6 they fixed it as it was only suppose to apply to resto heal skills and they said the tool tip was updated, but the tool tip doesn't say that. Some people have said the passive still works with Templar skills others say it doesn't.

It's getting standardized to Major Mending in the thieves' guild update, so it definitely will then.

No, there used to be synergy between the two, but that was removed.

However, in the upcoming patch Templars will receive the Major Mending buff while in their Ritual, this does affect resto abilities, so there is still great synergy between the two skill lines.
