Hmm, what I and others would like to see, changes to the game as well as

Well, for one the tutorial, I understand why they changed the main open area, it needed the redesign. I would like to see the return of my favorite argonion npc, he should be the one to free you and you should be able to choose your weapon, also return the old cage the prophet was imprisoned in it was much better.
Change it so the argonion frees you then lyris runs up to you and you have to talk with them both.

Return the old type of redguard looks, for armor because people liked it alot better, maybe make it its own style, but return it because we liked it.
No more tassets (Butt/crotch flaps) and side flaps on armor and especially robes, which do not need them.
(make it a toggle to have them or not on existing armor )
(This game is rated M, thus it should be treated as such, add more mature themes beheading for example)
(Would be cool to have a special ring that allows you to take on the appearance of a headless person)

The costumes in the collections tab should be like a place to click on costume, then it tells you do you want to add this costume to the charaters costume menu.
When you hit yes it gives you the costume, but makes its a character item not a account wide one the only account wide is the option to unlock costumes for the characters for the costumes you bought from crown store or unlocked through dlc. But makes it more like an item, for your character and not just a click and apply.
Doing this would bind a apply able costume to that character thus allowing them to take on characters body settings.

Also doing this allows you not only to allow the costumes the ability to fit the persons body shape. It would also allow you to make an option to dye them since its basically like an item in your inventory, just in a different menu that applies the item to the character. Also this character unlocked costumes tab would add the disguises you find that are still in your inventory to this character menu meaning you have to go to the disguse/costume menu in order to apply any disguise or costume. Thus also getting rid of the need to keep them in the inventory because they have there own menu for it.

As for skins they should still be made apply able in collections tab, but they should use my idea for making collections menu a place to acquire the costumes you unlock and bind them to your character. Thus we could use soul shriven skin with a noble dress or skirt costume, or even the special nordic costume!

Fell free to mention what other changes could be made to make the game better and also, comment below.

I'm going to give you some advice, and I'm not trying to troll you with this advice. It's actual, legitimate advice.

Before you post something, you should type it up in notepad, and read it several times. Once you have it exactly how you want it, you should copy and paste it into the appropriate forum posting window.

Sometimes, we have to edit what we write, I don't need notepad for this because it has most of the options of a note pad.

Well, just finished editing this, so hopefully it looks good now, but yeah I wanted to post this because they could really improve costumes, by making them able to take our characters body shape, and not using a preset shape. Amoung other things that need changing or fixing like the buttflaps/crotch flaps

Also I was disappointed in some of the changes they made in the tutorial, I am sure others have beefs with some of the changes made to quests or other things. But i am sure people have input on how best to make the game better :) As well so looking forward to seeing what others put down.

Costumes were inventory items before. Trust me, with 7 characters, it's better the way it is now.

Now, they said they are looking at ways to make costumes dyeable.

But I really don't understand what the body shape of the character that earned the costume has to do with anything.

If you noticed if you put on costume, it changes the characters look body shape wise, it does not do that with disguises, only with costumes, they need to change it so costumes can take that characters body shape, I am not saying making them a inventory item I am saying making them a part of a charater collection and not a account collection. Meaning you have to click on the account wide costume collection and then it tells you do you want to transfer a copy of the costume to the character collection you say yes, then you have a character bound costume, which can then be used that takes on your characters body shape. They would have to do this in order to make them dyeable anyways I think.
