Keeps on Azura's Star not able to claim

We have a couple of keeps I know of that after a Keep take we can't claim them.

Castle Black Boot owned by the guild The Founders, This guild was the owner when the keep was owned by EP and DC and when AD took control of the Keep we can't claim it either, we get the message its claim by another guild.

Same with Castle Bloodmayne, no guild has been able to claim it for the past 2+ months, It's been owned by The Zamrock Legion for over 2 months,

Can we get them reset or something?

Yeah I've sent in bug reports about this several times. Bow *** held Ash for weeks at one point regardless of faction control. No idea what's going on.

When you make a guild, you have to choose the alliance for the guild, but you can claim a keep if you have permission to do so from the guild. So, let's say you are in trade guild Zebra which was started as an EP guild, but you are PVPing for the DC. When you go to claim the keep, you choose Zebra from the list of guilds you have permission to claim the keep for. So, when the EP takes the keep, they can't claim it because it is held by a EP guild even if the player who had claimed it was DC. To fix it, it has to be taken by the DC and claimed for a DC guild or by the AD which is not the alliance of the guild that it was claimed for. I see it mostly because of trade guilds as it is a quick and easy way to get a guild kiosk.

You can't claim keeps for guilds of the opposing factions.

This happens when a personal or very small guild claims a keep. For some reason that does not make any sense, when a keep flips and none of the members from the guild that owns it are online, it stays owned by that guild.

There is a couple of keeps in the south AD that have been the same guild regardless of what faction owns it and tried to claim but just tells you already owned, I have claimed a lot of keeps and resources, these are just borked, even after the maintenance they remain the same names.. please take a peek at them.. thanks

Yep same sent Bug report almost makes you feel its a internal joke for them
