so what you want them to give an awesome?
maybe the insightful means something to them? not everyone is a wordsmith or has the right words to say. i take the insightful as "we only get one shot at this life, make due with the time you have"

One of those "insightful" comes from me.
Insightful means "Read you, understood you, feel for you, there's nothing more I can do".

This is a seriously difficult situation that ZOS have been put in. Both threads violate the forum rules, but any action they may take could make it seem like they are uncaring.anitajoneb17_ESO wrote: »Your initiative will probably lead to [...] both threads being shut down.

I read what you said. That does not change the fact that the one receiving "insightful" has no way of knowing what you MEANT by it when you don't even give the "insightful" based on its definition. How are people supposed to perceive it your way? There is no way of knowing.

You accuse people of something they did not do, and then expect them to NOT react to that?!
