Poison Breath and Weapon Ultimates and More (Hints of the Future From Wrobel)

Some interesting future (i.e. not Thieve's Guild/Update 9) updates being considered (i.e. Update 10 and beyond):
- changing the stamina morph to Fiery Breath to Poison Breath to fit the changes to the Champion System (example of direction for stamina builds)
- adding weapon ultimates
- unspecified changes to heavy armor passives (tanky)
- Guard ability from PvP (one target can be linked and you take a percentage of any damage they receive)
- plans to buff Blood Altar
- Sun Shield and similar tanking abilities are being looked at for PvP balance in high damage meta
- rebalancing things like Vamp
-item traits from drops (avoiding undesirable traits)
-changes to make magicka stacking or stamina stacking less desirable/unbalanced and make health more valuable
Coming next week:
- Argonian buffs! Going from 8% resource regain to 12%
