Provisioning Writs in Belkarth STILL don't work when you own the Orsinium DLC

As the title says, when you own the Orsinium DLC, you cannot do the Provisioning Writ in Belkarth.
You can take the quest from the writ board, but you have to either turn it in in Coldharbour or in Orsinium, depends on the tier. There's NO option to turn it in in Belkarth.
Players who do NOT own the Orsinium DLC can still turn in this writ in Belkarth, though.

This has been the case since Orsinium came out, it's been a while... And since I wanted to keep some characters in Belkarth (while the others are in Orsinium), I missed out on a TON of gold, items, and possible fragments during all this time. And XP. Because I don't want to run to Coldharbour or to Orsinium everyday JUST to bring them a drink and a cold meal.

When will this issue finally be looked into?

This isn't an issue. The highest tier of quests without owning the Orsinium DLC is Belkarth. The highest with the Orsinium DLC is Orsinium. As the Orsinium rewards are a higher tier materials and rewards I'm sure it's safe to say Working as Intended.

Not really, since you can also be VR16 and still reside in Belkarth. And the provisioning mats are of the same kind anyways, there are no tiers. The required green recipes are easy to get either in guild stores or from the Orsinium writs since they drop from every single provisioning writ for no reason as if there's nothing else.

It also doesn't explain why it sends you back to Coldharbour instead of just staying in Belkarth like before Orsinium came out. Coldharbour is a VR1 zone, more or less. Not VR10 or hgher.

And it also doesn't explain why I still can do all the other five writs in Belkarth. Only Provisioning doesn't work.

If it was an option to choose where to turn in the writs, that would be something..

That is odd. Hasn't happened to me since I have been subbed from Orsinium on.

Would love the option to turn them in wherever I like. Need some nirn, so reset skills. But whenever a friend asks for v15+ I need to put the points back in and then reset back...

I find it odd that it didn't happen to you after you got access to Orsinium. For me, it was right in the moment when I bought the DLC which was 2 days after its release, and the 2 days before while it was out but I didn't have it, I could still do them in Belkarth.

I had to do a skill respec as well on my 3 Belkarth-parked characters, just to be able to do the other Belkarth writs again. But you don't need to respec just to farm for Nirncrux, though ;)

But yes, turning them in whereever we want would be THE solution for everyone, no unnecessary running-around anymore just to turn in writs.

Agree with OP.... seems totally out of sync with every other writ for no actual purpose.

If I have the top tier writ I have to turn it in at the Orsinium delivery point... If I go just one tier of writ lower then it's Coldharbour.

Hadn't really thought about this, but they didn't add a new tier of Recipe Improvement with the increase of VRs, did they? For all the other crafts, they added an extra tier to the first passive to correspond to VR15/16, and those are the ones you turn in to Orsinium. For Provisioning, they just changed the final tier of Recipe Improvement from VR5 to VR15 instead of adding a new one.

Exactly there lies the problem, they didn't add a new tier. Would there be an additional tier for VR10 (instead of previously VR5 in Belkarth before Orsinium came out), the problem would be solved.

So you can still hand them in as you have the DLC?

What on earth is the issue? Why do you can where you turn it in as long as you can?

Uhm, because I want to do AND turn in the writs all in the same city with each character and not travel across and all around Tamriel and though Oblivion to hand them in singlewise.

Would it bother you if we had the option to turn them in in 1 city??? Why is this an issue for YOU that I ask this question?
