Pretty much this. You'd be seriously gimping yourself using both stamina and magicka.
I suggest you use vigor, rally, or something else to heal yourself.@LightArray

You will die quickly and you will do near zero damage
For breton go magicka and dw(just for more spelldamage, u dont use dw skills)/restro or Destro/restro
For an Archer go full stamina DW/bow or 2h/Bow and take redguard/khajit/imperial0 -

So DW gives more spell damage because of the extra item for a set and extra trait? All the passives increase damage for DW abilities and weapon damage/attacks.

It's actually both. Slotting DW does give you an an extra set bonus, but the last passive applies to your spell damage as well. Most casters (except DKs) run a DW bar. It is a few hundred point buff to spell damage.1 -
