I need to change the email associated with an account that isn't this one.

When this game was in beta, I played. I created an account named SwordToTheChest under the email plasmacr@gmail.com. Yesterday I bought the game on Steam. I made a new account because I didn't like the old one's name, and I used a temporary email. The email self-destructed right before I realized that you need an access code from the email to log in on the application, so now I need to change the email for the account name KaffiiN. I posted in the support tab, and got no response. There's no option to change the email in account preferences. There's a discussion about it, which I can't access because it wants me to "verify" my browser with the code from an email I can't access. If I could get this code, why would I need to change my email? I tried to find a customer service number, but it's behind the damn access-code wall. I tried calling Bethesda/Zenimax support, and was directed to the help forum which I CAN'T ACCESS.

You may ask, why didn't I just buy it on this account? I didn't know I had it, and I didn't like the name. I'm willing to answer my security questions or whatever you want me to do. Why am I posting this from a different account? If you read my admittedly long post, you'd realize that I can't access it because it wants an access code that it wants me to get from an email that doesn't exist.
