repeated failure to play this game

respected sir,

I would like to say that I tried with no luck to play this mmo since 2 days. I did everything as said in the internet searched every forum but with none working solutions I mailed the customer service but didnt get any reply. I initially thought this game must be great and loved playing it I got from lvl 20 to v16 in 3 weeks and this is what I got a null value from your customer support......so my problem was I logged in initially and then it logged me out first for excessive messaging. I didnt even click on zone chat though. Then I tried logging in again got repeated errors for like 3 hours I got error 201, 108, 200 then I tried after a few hours to log in and when I logged in I played a few minutes and it logged me out again. Now I noticed when I pressed the right mouse button to block my character block indefinitely.....this is what happens when u waste your bucks on a *** thing like mmo I realised and thanks for making me realise. Just days before I was so happy to play it that I even considered buying all dlcs. I already bought Imperial city and orsinium.....And please note too that I also played GTA 5 in multiplayer just to test whether something is wrong with my laptop it works fine and smooth.... I understand there is may be some kind of problem in ur sh**ty servers but u should fix it I also understand that Im one insignificant player for which u guys shouldnt care good job.....

    It might be from the maintenence patch from like a week ago. It broke the game for some people, including myself. Hell, I haven't been able to login to a single character since last week.

    IDK its weird, it really wasn't buggy for me at all until that patch which completely broke the game for me and a few others for whatever reason. Hopefully this issue is resolved for us eventually. Blade and Soul is the only other MMO I currently feel like playing, and that game is 100 times more bugged and broken for me than this game, giving me 30 fps on minimum settings and 600p resolution >_>

    Its been more than a week now lol this games customer service is a *** crap dont know but if there is just a few people who have trouble they just dont care

    I've had this problem since the 2/8/16 update. Nothing like this in the prior 11 months. I use Linux, but submitted a ticket anyway, to bring it to their attention, give my details and tell them other people on the forum are having the same problem. I did get a reply, telling me they don't support Linux. Well, I knew that, but was trying to help. It doesn't look like they support Windows, either. From what I've seen, mine seems to be the only reply anyone has gotten from Zenimax about this.

    There's no PC maintenance scheduled for this coming week, so no hope there.

    I use windows 10 and never faced lag like this just crap made a huge mistake buying an mmo same as u I got the lag starting from 8th february patch they dont have a good customer service at all....and I played games like gta 5 assasins creed even in multiplayer or coop play these are perfect....better than these *** trash. I honestly liked the game alot untill this stupid lag started

    I liked the game a lot, too, and stuck with it in spite of its problems, like lags, pauses and crashes. I'd still put up with that, but now I can't even get in to play. I have 2 VR16 characters who I miss playing, but what option do I have? Spend money to buy Windows and a hard drive to install it on just to play this game, then still be stuck like other Windows users unable to get in? One guy in another thread wrote that he has 2 computers, one Windows and one Linux, and is having the same trouble on both of them.

    So there are other people too facing lag u know somehow may be its good for me I was super addicted to this game lol and I couldn't study properly this may be helped my addiction a little as I don't play other games like I used to play this game....
