Is Orgnums Scale's and Willows Path fixed?

Hey guys,
I havent found any information about this:
Does the regen from bufffood now scales with the sets mentioned in the title? So, do they work as pretended?
Later posts I did find: forums.elderscrollsonline.com/de/discussion/228001/willows-path-is-it-still-broken-in-pts
are saying, that it is still bugged (same for orgnums scales)?
Maybe any1 of u glorius PC'ler who can test on PTS / Live with addons can clarify for me, thank you!
