Forum mobile layout being provided when it should not be
Not sure if this is the right place for this or not, but hopefully the right people can be informed.
I recently updated my web browser from Pale Moon 25 to Pale Moon 26. With this upgrade came a change in their rendering engine. They are no longer using Gecko, but the browser will still recognize all properly standards compliant HTML data like any other.
The only problem I've seen thus far is that the elderscrollsonline.com website is being presented in its mobile layout, which is rather... ugly. The reason for this is that the user agents are being sniffed improperly and the site is switching mobile on because it doesn't recognize it.
Current user agent string: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Goanna/20160204 PaleMoon/26.0.3
I was able to get the proper layout back by spoofing an incorrect one: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0
I am hoping to see this get updated to present the proper layout for people who have chosen to use Pale Moon rather than Firefox.
I also suspect that the underlying forum software may need to be changed so if possible it would be well appreciated if this could get forwarded to the company that makes it so they can update their internal detection as well.
