Wrothgar Relic Hunter Problem

I am having an issue with this particular achievement. I have done the quest for the Armlet of Torug and gave it to the Orc. I have been told that the relic and the achievement are separate but when going back to the museum the relic is not in my quest inventory. I went back to Sorrow but it's nowhere to be found. What am I doing wrong?

The armlet wont be in your inventory because you gave it away in the quest also the armlet is not required for the achievement.2 -

The quest counts towards your total but the item itself is not important.Lag is ruinin' my 'mershun!

once its found its found doesnt matter what choice you pick, it just wont be in the museum so you will have an empty case there.0
