Want to change account email and userID - no credit card

Hello, I wanted to change my email adress since I'm no longer using the old one, and also change my in-game user ID. I already posted a ticket about the first issue, but they asked me for 4 last digits of credit card. Since I DON'T OWN A CREDIT CARD, my game copy was bought by friend and since then I use PaySafeCard for Crown purchases, I can't provide them. Is there any other way to autentificate ownership of my account?

Did by chance your friend buy the game using a cc?

Yes, probably, but I've lost my contact with him. And also using someones credit card number is a little bit weird, so that's the problem here.

I can send money from my bank account to paypal, but I can't buy ESO things with it because I haven' t got credit card there either. Weird because buying things on Steam that way is not a problem.... :(

If I can purchase things "anonimously" using PaySafeCard then why I need credit card?

Ok, the first thing that comes to my mind is that either you bought the account from your "friend" or you have stolen it.

I might be wrong...but it is a feeling I get when reading your thread.

It is very probably that the support team will have the same feeling....so make sure you have enough evidences to prove that you are the real owner of that account.

Yeah, I stole my own account that I've been playing on since early access >_<
If I remember correctly I tried to buy ESO in every possible way, but every method I tried was ending in "Give your CC number". I know that this might sound weird for some people but I don't really need a credit card. I buy simple groceries etc with money in my pocket, and if i need to send someone my money (or recieve it) i just do that by sending money from one bank account to another.

When I need to in example buy a game from Steam, I just send money to my paypal from my bank account and then use paypal funds without any problems. Once I did it to buy crowns and, guess what, it ended with "add your cc card number to your paypal lol". So it ended on buying PaySafeCard and using my paypal money to buy next year for my domain (without any problems)...

I don't have a normal job now, so why I would loose my money for thing that I don't even use?

So that person helped me back then to buy game with his credit card and I gave him that money. I do it very often, in example I once gave my boyfriend 100zł because he was too lazy to go to the bank and then he send me it back to my bank account. That other person is not my "friend" anymore, and asking someone for cc number is just weird.

The thing with my account is that we started to playing on it with my sister, and since my nickname (one that I use here on forums) was taken, we used hers. She was more into game at the beggining than me, but she plays for story and lore. For few months everything was alright, since we were both single-player gamers we barely spoke to anyone, and doing group dungeon was meh. All game was about questing, gathering nodes when every Murrican was sleeping, and sometimes few guys (or bots at that time :P ) showed up to "ruin our immershun".

Now, after I begun to socialize more, I made friends and... The problem is that people recognize me by my sisters name, not my own. I still keep her alt on my account because I know she ended somewhere on Coldharbour quest. I don't even touch her gold and inventory, lol. I'm the full owner of the account and...

Overall the thing is I want to have my own nickname on my account, and every mail that is sended on her email is automaticaly sended to me, which is redundant. That's why I made a request to change that.

My ticket number is 160126-001269 and the previous one was 160106-001064 (I didn't notice they responded and after a while they probably closed it). Providing answer for my secret question is not a problem, but 4 digits of CC card is impossible. I can provide every other information etc and I'll do it because now when I finally found the courage to talk with people I want them to adress me as me, and not someone else, and "naming problems" are very important for me ;)

My actuall userid is "Arkiatta" and if you want you can ask my guildies (CoH, PC NA) about me to be sure that I'm not a "stealer" :)

And thank you for responding @ZOS_CoriJ
