[Bug] Evocation passive not offering correct spell reduction

I'm not sure if this a known issue, or maybe just a mistake in the tooltip. But according to my Evocation tooltip I am gaining a "current bonus" of 3% with five pieces of light armor, whereas the tooltip reads that this skill should be reducing the Magicka cost of spells by 3% PER PIECE of light armor. Just wanted to report this issue I noticed.
