Bind on Equip 2.0

I'm sure I'm not the first person to give this suggestion, but here it is anyway.
The game's economy is suffering due to most new items being BoP, we're not idiots, we know this is because there needs to be some exclusivity to the new DLC, give players more reasons to get the DLC themselves.

Here is a potential solution, how about making a form of Bind on Equip that allows a player to trade the items to other players with access to the DLC that item originates from? This would allow the in-game economy to have more sales again, but still exclude players who do not have access to the content. I feel that this is a good compromise that could actually work.

I am curious though what others think about this idea, and what other ideas you all might have as alternatives to this. Please let me know what you think below.

I'd be all for that, or a token system for DLC dungeons/trials, or in-group trading before leaving the dungeon/trial.

Unfortunately, ZOS think it's all good now that you'll be able to buy monster sets with gold/AP.

if they want to force peaople to buy those DLCs - just make wearing DLCequip wich is not allready bound to your char require to hvae the DLC.

evoilá BoP items to increase the IG economy without freeing up items for DLC denyer like me.

Even better: Remove Bind on Equip completely, but couple the equipability of items to specific achievements.

That way everything could be freely tradable, but players couldn't wear specific gear sets if they didn't earn them themselves. And it would solve the issue with the DLCs nicely, because you can't get the DLC's achievements without purchasing the DLC. With this system you'd fix the economy and keep RNGesus in check at the same time. If the achievements are chosen properly, you'd still encourage players to run the content multiple times.

Example: Everyone can buy the Valkyn Skoria mask and shoulders from another player, but you can't equip it until you've gotten the achievement "Beat Valkyn Skoria 20 times in hard mode".

Just make it so that DLC equipment/outfits/mounts/pet/weapons/armor can only be worn if you have the required DLC.

As unfair as this is to people its the only way to fix it. Besides DLC items should exclusively behind DLC.

Otherwise what's the use of making DLC if people can gain the items without having the DLC, its simply a spit/slap to the face to the people who bought the DLC.
If I die tomorrow I do not want to think of the game I could of played today, therefor I will play whatever I want today while securing a future to play in as well.
