✭✭Well not as many on it, as there is on live, basically you could be the only person in a large guild of people online.
I am sure people use the pts as there main server but it would be mostly dead compared to the others.
Also they might keep it offline far longer then they would, the normal server.PC NA

Mass tests can be fun, especially if the developers are involved and have a laugh with everyone.
We, the players, could organize test events easily enough if we had enough participants. Getting the staff to participate regularly would be quite a different hurdle. I'm sure that many of them get enough of the game while they're at work.Proud Player of The Elder Bank Screen Online.

✭✭✭✭✭I use the PTS.I didn't play on the PTS for the other updates, mostly because I didn't have enough disk space. But now I have and I'm playing now and using /feedback like crazy.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.0 -

.... my internet provider wouldn't throttle the speed to next to 0 after a certain amount of GBs of downloads. Which is not even a fix number, they just do it whenever they feel like it. Vodafone/Kabel makes it possible. Yay...
