Crashing Every Hour

To anyone that may be able to help,
Ever since I started playing back in November, I've had a problem where I crash about every hour or two. Although I've died more times than I can count due to this, it didn't really start to annoy me until I started RPing regularly. Let me tell you, it's a blast, crashing in the middle of that.
I originally thought it was my internet, since I'm not exactly running the best ISP. (A verizon hotspot). I was also told that it could be a problem relating to my graphics card. I am currently running a GTX 750Ti on an AMD FX6300 processor. Since I wanted to test both graphics and internet, I set my gaming desktop side-by-side with a cheap laptop hardly strong enough to run ESO. After about two hours, ESO crashes on my desktop. After four hours, I finally turn ESO off on the outdated laptop.
It's not a problem with my internet; I've ruled that out. Is there any other possibility? This is making playing the game extremely tiring, and a friend I've recommended the game to has quit for this very reason.
