Did the Elite Gear Vendor (in outer Cyrodiil) get updated to V16 on PTS?

I know that every patch, we are supposed to forget about all of our old gear and buy the DLC to farm new gear however, a lot of us were upset when the Imperial City came out and ZOS did not update the Elite gear vendor making the agility/willpower/endurance sets the ONLY endgame jewelry sets in the game (till orsinium came out with some BOP jewelry)
Can someone check on PTS?
- Where is our V16 Ravager rings?
- Our V16 cyrodiils light rings.
- The twin sisters set?
- The hawks eye and morag tong grab bags.
- Have these finally been updated to V16 in this last patch?

That is very disappointing. Elite gear vendor sales were a really good source of income for PvP'ers. The monster sets will not be as people can purchase them with gold.
We have been continually told that the elite gear vendor will be updated and then it is not. There needs to be some noise about this.
Why does ZOS limit our gear diversity so much at endgame levels?2 -

KaiSchober confirmed at least 6 sets were going to be raised, I'm really surprised it isn't this update though

the bag of worthy/campaign end rewards got adjusted the vendor itself seemingly not.spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

They did raise 6 pvp sets to v16. There's a thread on the PTS Forums that talks about the old v16 sets that can now drop in chests.
