- World Boss events give you a skill point
- All raw materials will be v15/v16 if you can craft with it (not like Orsinium where it's a chance)
- Outlaw style material can come from harvesting materials

That actually makes sense, given how small the zone is, have to fit in some skill points somewhere, and it's just not large enough for the way wrothgar works. I'm going to guess if there's anywhere with a lot of mudcrabs and the like around people will be farming rubedo hide there like mad.

Really? V15/16 mats regardless of your character's investment in crafting? I'm an alt-oholic, and I HATED the fact that I needed to grind every single character's craft levels to 50 and invest skill points into those crafts in order to get level-appropriate mats in Wrothgar. Obviously I'm only crafting gear on ONE character ( the one who has all traits researched and all crafts maxed), so it seemed silly that my alts had to grind craft levels to get endgame mats while running around in Wrothgar. This is such an awesome change! Thank you, ZOS!

Edit: I guess I misunderstood. It's now 100% chance for top tier mats IF you have crafts maxed and skill points invested. I thought they just scaled to your level, regardless of crafting skill. Looks like I'm still doomed to only farming mats on my crafting character. Bleh.

@Baconfat79 re-read that post. You do still need to level up your crafting on each character... But instead of a CHANCE for top tier mats, you always get them (if your crafting is high enough)

Do you bother getting every singel Skill point? I personally find I have more than enough to max everything out even without getting the PvP ones.
I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!
