I hate to be the pain in the ass here, but someone has to ask about it. Is there any plans on removing AoE caps, or reducing them?

    They never said they plan to remove them. Some people need to learn to listen. They don't want AOE to be the go to move in pvp, which confused me as its pretty much the number 1 thing used in zerg play....I mean large scale battles.
