Khajiit Carnage Passive getting fixed???

Are they serious? They promised it AGAIN AND AGAIN!
Edit: Somebody just told me that the medium armour fix is going to fix it. it was interacting weirdly with Khajiit. phew

But nothing about Carnage for Khajit? Really? Please tell me I missed it?
If the concern is based from the lower Critical Strike Chance, that was due to an issue with Dexterity and Pressure Points which is fixed in this update; it was just amplified for Carnage since that passive already affects crit.
If there's something else, then please let us know. -

I recommend putting an extra point into patchnotes at the Racial Passive Changes. This would stop some confusion.

Been testing it out. While on both PTS and Live, my crit-rate is 54.8%, my crits actually seem to do more hit more reliably on PTS, but I'm still testing it out. Ethoir✭✭✭Definitely need to update their patch notes to avoid an outcry.
Live: 64.4% Crit.
PTS: 61.4% Crit.
If the tooltips are right but the % chance was wrong and what is shown on PTS is the "correct" value, then it has to be put in the list of notes. I almost freaked out because I saw the difference in my stat sheets between the two and was about to cry "nerf". >_>
