I got robbed

hello, I was wondering if anyone from the support team would be able to help me with an issue that I had in game. I was robbed of my crafting material. I had contacted a guy who said they would craft me nirnhoned traits for medium armor. We set up a time and date to meet in mournhold so i can give him the material to craft me nirnhoned on medium armor. We were in a group and I gave him the material needed including 5 fortified nirnhoned that i worked very hard to get. Not long after I gave him my material he left the group and removed me from his friends list, I had added him so we can group up. This is very discouraging and upsetting, I have never had this happen to me and I have always been cautious when dealing with strangers to ensure that I do not get scammed however this still happened and the person walked away with my material that he would be able to profit by either selling or keeping to himself. I have video proof of this and I also have the name of the person who took my material, as well as messages sent through PSN. Is their anyway to get my material back and have the person banned at least for a few days. At the very least would it be possible to get my nirnhoned back (5) he walked away with a good amount of money worth from my material

I'm really sorry to hear about your situation, but under no circumstances should you give expensive mats to people except close friends and maybe long-time, trusted guildies.
