The weapon trait attack speed, does this work on skills as well? I mean, does it work on Weapon skills such as steel tornado / wrecking blow etc?

Flak✭✭✭✭No it's only light/heavy attacks. Even worse, it only decreases the time between two light/heavy attacks. If you use animation canceling the profit is zero.
