I have run the repair option through the launcher. I have reinstalled the game and still no fix.
I have read this problem can be caused by duel cpus as i have, i have folled the instruction and set it to use just one, and or lower cores and still no fix.
I have xeon x5660
48gb ram
gtx 980 Ti
The game seems really good but is unplayable with these problems, would appreciate any suggestions.
