Sometimes ESO loads on 1 and a half screen!

I have two monitors setup. Running ESO in fullscreen non-windowed mode (as suggested by Nvidia's experience). Sometimes the game is not correctly starting on my main screen - it takes half of my second monitor as well! It's not being used by the game though, it just stays black - the game continues loading on the main screen. What's worse, the mouse is stuck on the 2nd monitor. Nothing I can do about that except completely going out and closing the game.
