Ok you guys had your fun, jumping poor relatively weak player in the sewers while trying to fight mobs, shameful really, the sewers is a great place to fight but the PvP ganks need to stop, you feel the need to act like gods I know but people are leaving the game because of this foolishness. You have all the rest of Cyrodiil to play your "I am God" games, go there.

There is considerable merit to this idea particularly on a full and active campaign. I can see where it could help revitalize a Cyrodiil badly in need of new tactical options.

This is actually not a bad idea, but i'd still leave some optional bosses in there.
@OP
the zone is pvp and pve, was said to be so before anyone bought it and before it was even done. To now get mad cause pvp is going on in there is crazy. As i said before the only reason you are having problems is due to the balance of this game, you got people with max champ points in there on NBs just 3-4 shotting everyone then back in stealth rebuff next!
@ZOS
The way the games pvp works and the way the classes are balanced, no wonder people complain about pvp in IC. ZOS you gave people that have nothing else to do in life the ability to grind out champion points and be as strong as a world boss compared to an average player that just wants to play the game.
A whole team of people sat there in your offices and agreed this was a good idea?
You have the best pvp mmo to date in Dark Age of Camelot, as like the base idea to follow when it comes to pvp in this game, and this is what you guys came up with to replace realm ranks and such?
Seriously?
smh

ZOS basically tried to mix PvE and PvP. It turned out to be one lousy idea for a multitude of reasons.

The sewers and the city itself should either be treated separately to the alliance war (not having 100 people blocking space to get into Cyrodiil) or it should have implications on the alliance war.
The most obvious option for giving it some clout towards the campaign could be a capture the flag type system where each section of the sewers or city is captured by a alliance. You gain points for each area held like you do for capturing keeps.
At the moment I have found that the sewers or the arena is full of people from EP whilst Cyrodiil 'main land' is suffering from a lack of people being able to get in to the campaign to help defend/capture keeps.

If you are strong enough to be in the sewers, you are strong enough for the pvp there. The problem lies with character balance, and allowing NBs to stealth while in combat whenever they want to. Also not everyone should have been able to just crouch and go invisible, who thought of that half baked idea is beyond me.

Yep. EP the PvE faction.......
Ummm... Imperial City was billed/marketed/sold as a PvP/PvE mix from the day it was announced.Ok you guys had your fun, jumping poor relatively weak player in the sewers while trying to fight mobs, shameful really, the sewers is a great place to fight but the PvP ganks need to stop, you feel the need to act like gods I know but people are leaving the game because of this foolishness. PvP in ESO is in the Alliance War zones:
1) Cyrodiil
2) Cyrodiil Delves
3) Imperial City and Imperial Sewers
PvE: rest of Tamriel
this looks perfect.

We are the PVE faction now? I thought we were the Zerg faction? We must have an identity crisis.

Depends on the platform, server, and the campaign. In my little world we have 2 bars of EP in the sewers, 3 guys defending Chal, and 15 people running up the Sej-Alessia highway to get farmed by AD.
