Don't get me wrong
I love the game but when developers are lazy, Zen and make claims they're going to address/fix things I get angry.
If I make statements "OMG THIS GAME IS GOD OMG IT'S ABOVE ALL ELSE DAMN YOU LAZY DEVS FIX THIS AND THAT" you'd never have a problem.
Stuff that should have been addressed two years ago and someone is angered by it you call shots fired. Yet instead you should have taken the remarks to the developers, maybe not word for word, and said "Hey, we told players two years ago you guys would address duel monitor issues. What's going on with that?"
See where this is going, Team?
You are our voice but when you silence us over and over at what point will you expect us to not get angry? Or was that your whole intent to begin with?
If you don't want to be a voice then move over and let someone else do it.
GW2 had a Mouse Scroll bug in the game since BETA and players like myself reported it over and over. Mid last year (2015) they finally addressed the bug and fixed it. Was it minor? Yes. So minor that it should have been something addressed a lot sooner because their developers were not fixing other larger issues at hand. But then again the community voice isn't carried. That is unless w'ere FANBOYS. THEN you listen.
As I stated I love the game but I cannot stand when crap is ignored for years on end and you want our player-base but you refuse to listen.
Your game has issues. I spend money in your Online store and make complaints about issues I would like you to be a voice on for me. I am a paying customer of your product you were hired to help support. So be a voice for me and other or go somewhere else.
