Quality of Life Idea- Ability to Link in Chat Our Skills/Passives

The ability to "Link in Chat" any of our SKILLS & PASSIVES the same way that we can link in chat our gear.
I think this would be a great idea to help show other players what a skill/passive does, instead of having to explain it them over and over again. Not all players use all classes or weapon types, so they wouldn't know exactly what certain skills/passives do. I think this would be great for the quality of life for players in game. It would help groups make better decisions about what they should do during combat.

✭Honestly… I can loot at this idea again and again, I don't see any problem. It's even a good idea, especially when I want to show skills and passives to my guildmates (my game is in english, but I'm french so a lot of my guildmates who are french too don't understand english names and I don't know the french one). -
