Now there are no 50 man Zergs running around killing everything in sight and instead groups of 1 - 6 people going around, killing mobs, each other and looting chests Imperial City is pretty damn awesome to play in.

I would play it more if I had mag det. Once I get mag det i can actually have fun with pvp again. Ill be strolling the sewers like a flag boss ready to 1v1 anyone within those tight steamy confines.

There is too many mobs around. Unless you are a NB there is no way to move around discretely. That combined with confined spaces spells doom for anyone caught significantly outnumbered.

it would be more fun if they lowered health of npc by about 15k.

It's not so bad when you have a group of 3 ish of you going around. Mobs aren't that bad as long as you aren't alone.
