What are they?

I only know of Wayrest and Mournhold to have traders that sell a lot of items.

    Elden Root and Rawlk'ha are other hot sites. To a lesser degree, but still not terrible, are Daggerfall City, Shornhelm, Belkarth and Sentinel.

    Rawlkha used to be ok, but I've noticed its started to slack.
