Dual Wield Heavy attack bug.

So ever since the latest patch I've been having this strange bug. When you do a fully charged dual wield heavy attack, there are two separate attacks that come with it at the same time. The problem is that the main, more damaging attack of the two never crits for me anymore, which is the "Heavy Attack (Dual Wield)", as shown by add-ons such as FTC and LUI. That one also seems to not be mitigated by any blocking whatsoever as well anymore since the bug. After testing this on my main, I tested this on two other alts. All had entirely different gear, skills, champion point layout, etc. And yet none of them are able to crit with the main heavy attack still. I have told others about this in-game and they have said that they don't have this problem and can see both attacks crit. I have tried to get in game help from customer support but had not gotten any response since submitting it 3-4 days ago.
