Personally for me mine are:
Empower- nothing should be able to empower itself, ambush/wb/flare. Spamming 1 skill shouldn't be awarded.
Dk:
Whip: Stamina morph? Make it hit harder currently it does nothing.
Proper execution
Proper gap closer
Dragon Blood - Make it useful against, same for all % skills.
Templar:
Flare : the charging time is far too slow as well as the travel speed, needs to be upgraded.
Jabs: Needs fixing to work against shields, not sure if there is a crit bug on ps4 but if there is needs fixing.
Sun shield - make is viable?
Balanced warrior - Not so balanced as it only gives wpn dmg, not sure why it can't receive the sorc treatment and give spell dmg too.
Some sort of sustain??
Sorc :
Some type of stam dps skill
Make it where if you would of critted against shields then you get the heal from surge but not the extra dmg.
Pets - Need something done, the AI just doesn't work... ,
Overload - Increase cost in pvp or something, people shouldn't be able to spam 13k attack that cost 15 ult per shot. Thats 6 shots for a dawnbreaker. 13 per meteor.
Nb's -
Cloak - Put some some of reduction from spamming it like streak - 50% cost increase or magicka regen debuff.
Teleport strike - Needs a min range.
Nb's are stupidly strong right now but i'd rather them not be nerfed just buff other classes so they can actually compete.
Snares - Snares are really strong right now, 60% on most things is far too powerful, you literally just sit there unless your a stam build and use shuffle even then there so easy to reapply that most build don't actually go out their way to use them, it's just naturally in the rotation.
Wrecking Blow - OP or not OP? Either way it's bugged at the moment, the broken range as well as broken cc. This should at least be fixed, also as such a high dmg skill it shouldn't auto aim as in anyone within 180 degree's of you will be hit even if your not looking at them after you press the button. It should be a channel like jabs so you actually have to aim for such high dmg. Also it should just be a high dmg skill and maybe not have a built in cc. Might actually encourage people to switch skills in the WB rotation.
Revealing flare - The equivalent of this is magicka det yet despite this skill being hard (ish) to get it's useless.
Heavy armour - Make it viable in pvp, with all the penetration it's now useless.
0 regen when blocking - Despite this not achieving anything it's annoying when bashing or dodge rolling on console as you can't rebind and need to hit block first, destroys you resources, give it an 0.5 delay to where you get no stamina, lets people bash/dodgeroll without losing regen ticks and still attempts to deal with 'permablockers'
Root/stun or gap closers - should never of been a thing in the first place, remove them.
