Stam builds still crap?

Hi. I just came back to game and when I quit magic builds pretty much ruled. Are stamina builds any better now? If so I'm guessing medium armor for them? What Classes do they synergize best with. I have a DK and an NB I would like to be stam builds if viable for both pve leveling and pvp.

Stamina > Magicka.

Wb is op and broken
Stam nb's highest dmg in pvp.

Magicka is a top contender if you're a perma cloaking NB that relies on bat sworm into prox det (don't forget to mash ambush and fear like some mario game).

Thanks, For Pvp what do the realms look like, when I left AD pretty dominated, has that changed? Looking to role on a realm with a good pvp presence, doesn't have to be the one with the biggest zrg but at least one that comes out to play.

Yeah don't forget to use that stamina morph on a magicka nb!
